Popcorn Booth Sales

Popcorn sales are our big fundraiser for the year, so we require each family to sign up for a minimum of one booth sales shift.

Booth Sales Schedule:
Sat Sep 23 - REI Fremont, Webelos 2 
Sun Sep 24 - REI Fremont, Wolves

Sat Oct 7 - Walmart on Osgood Rd, Bears
Sun Oct 8 - Walmart on Osgood Rd, Bears/Webelos 1

Sat Oct 14 - Peet's Coffee, Mowry Ave, Wolves/Tigers
Sun Oct 15 - Peet's Coffee, Mowry Ave, Tigers/Webelos 2

If you can't attend on the weekend assigned to your rank, you can sign up for a shift on another weekend.

Booth Sales Rules

There is a maximum of 4 Scouts and a minimum of 2 parents per timeslot. A timeslot is usually 2 hours in length. Booth sales are usually done at locations like Safeway, Walmart, REI.

Things to remember for the parents and the Scouts:
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your shift.
  • Scouts must be in Class-A uniform, looking neat and clean. No sweats or athletic bottoms.
  • If you sign up for the first shift, you will need to be early in order to assist in set up.
  • If you sign up for the last shift, you will need to stay to assist in clean up.

Individual Popcorn Sales

Individual popcorn orders have prizes that can be earned based on the amount of popcorn you sell. This is usually a big incentive for the Scouts. Please help them sell popcorn to friends, family, neighbors and coworkers, if you can.

Individual popcorn sales forms have been distributed to den leaders, and should be available at your next den meeting.  You can also get them at the Sept 18 Pack meeting.
